Tropical Lobster Mornay
Half lobster baked to perfection under a rich béchamel and golden cheese crust. Served with a Midtown chopped salad and Cajun-spiced fries.
Mango & Coconut Cheesecake
A tropical escape on a plate - coconut biscuit base, layers of vanilla cream, and a jewel-like mango jelly finish.

Gather 6–10 guests and enjoy the entire venue exclusively for your group. Perfect for milestone birthdays, client entertaining, or a long lunch with friends who love indulgence as much as you do.
Your four-course lobster experience ($125pp) can be elevated with matched wines for an additional $95pp, handpicked to complement each dish. Or, keep it flexible and let your guests choose their own adventure from our extensive wine and cocktail list.
Bookings will require a minimum spend of $1500 per booking.
