Great Friday is our yearly Good Friday lunch
— fresh seafood, cold champagne and an unhurried afternoon at Midtown.
The menu features highlights like Mooloolaba prawn salad with avocado, mango and lime mayonnaise, our double-decker posh fish finger sandwich with crumbed whiting, house tartare, pickles and hot honey, and a baked snapper fillet with spiced couscous, yoghurt, lemon and dill.
There’s also a little fun along the way — including a piña colada solid wiggle — before finishing with a hot cross bun, custard and white chocolate pudding, served warm with vanilla bean ice cream and pistachio sauce.

Cooked Prawns, peeled and served with avocado, mango and lime mayonnaise.
Double Decker Posh Fish Finger Sandwich
Fluffy white bread layered with house tartare, crumbed Whiting, shredded lettuce, pickled fennel, more crumbed whiting, hot honey and mustard mayo.
Pina Colada Solid Wiggle
Nusa Cana tropical rum, pineapple, coconut and lime jello shot
Baked Snapper Fillet
Served with spiced couscous and yoghurt, lemon and dill dressing
Hot Cross Bun, Custard and White Chocolate Pudding
Served warm with vanilla bean ice cream and pistachio sauce
