The menu you’re currently viewing reflects the style and dishes featured over the past five weeks of Dinner Club. Our offering changes weekly and is tailored to the guests joining us each week. Every menu is designed around preferences, dietary requirements and the understanding that everyone wants something different from week to week. Dishes are prepared and cooked specifically for those who choose to partake that week ensuring each Dinner Club feels fresh, considered and a little unique to the room.

Week 1

Lamb tagine with couscous and grilled vegetables
Poached salmon with bean salad, chickpeas, herbs, onion, cucumber and lemon dressing
Braised beef brisket with roast vegetables
Chicken laab bowl with rice, capsicum, coriander, tortillas, and pickled carrot and red onion

Week 2

Kale and quinoa salad with poached chicken
Lamb red curry with broccoli and steamed rice
Beef mince taco bowl with charred corn, red capsicum and herbs
Chicken and chorizo paella with vegetables, saffron and chilli

Week 3

Shepherd’s pie with peas and bacon ragù
Red peppers filled with beef mince and rice, roasted in tomato sugo
Green lentil and quinoa salad with pumpkin and chicken
Beef brisket with roast vegetables

Week 4

Lamb ragù gnocchi
Chicken with mushroom cream sauce, mash and beans
Salmon salad with tangy miso dressing
Soba noodle salad with duck leg, broad beans, kohlrabi and soy dressing

Week 5

Beef stroganoff with steamed vegetables
Meatballs with sweet potato mash and broccoli
Lemon blue cod with vegetable pilaf rice
Chicken risotto with artichoke, sun-dried tomato and spinach
