NEGRONI DINNER

Midtown’s previously sold-out Negroni Week dinner is back on Wednesday, September 24 at 6.30pm. Spots are extremely limited, so Negroni lovers are urged to get in quick to taste what all the hype is about. Check out the menu below:

TUSCAN TOAST

toasted focaccia topped with fennel sausage mince and melted mozzarella

+ Classic Negroni (Bulldog Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth)

VITELLO TINNATO

thinly sliced beef topped with tuna mayonnaise and caperberries

+ Smoky Negroni (Mezcal, Campari, Sweet Vermouth)

GNOCCHI GORGONZOLA

creamy baked gnocchi gorgonzola piccante topped with parmesan and crispy kale

+ Pasta Water Negroni (Bulldog Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Pasta Water)

NEGRONI CHEESECAKE

buttery biscuit base topped with a rich cream cheese filling and a punchy, boozy negroni jelly

In 2025, Negroni Week is calling Fish Lane Arts Precinct home once again, when even more of the laneway’s tenants are banding together to provide Negroni lovers with a variety of cocktails and perfectly paired bites. We’ll be hosting a series of creative twists on everyone’s favourite ruby hued classic for the entire week, check them out below:
