A decadent twist on the classic - lobster served a top tomato, celery, and Skyy vodka, finished with a hit of Old Bay spice.
Lobster Toast & Caviar
Golden-fried lobster toast with sesame and paprika, topped with avocado cream and crowned with caviar.
Tropical Lobster Mornay
Half lobster baked to perfection under a rich béchamel and golden cheese crust. Served with a Midtown chopped salad and Cajun-spiced fries.
Mango & Coconut Cheesecake
A tropical escape on a plate - coconut biscuit base, layers of vanilla cream, and a jewel-like mango jelly finish.
